Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive engineer with 2- 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Windows infrastructure, web hosting, email services, and database servers.

The role involves operational support, first-line remediation, patching, monitoring, and responding to incidents.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Support:
  • - Setup and basic troubleshooting of IIS, Apache, Nginx, Plesk, and cPanel
  • - Participate in patching, backups, and basic DR setup
  • Email Server Administration:
  • - Configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange, MailEnable, and SmarterMail
  • - Monitor mail server health, perform patching, and backup activities
  • Database Management:
  • - Support and monitor Microsoft SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL on Windows servers
  • - Handle patching, backups, and DR activities for databases
  • General Requirements:
  • - Install, maintain, and monitor Windows Server OS
  • - Strong fundamentals in networking and system security
  • Requirements:
  • - 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • - Good communication and documentation skills
