Job Overview:

The role of City Manager involves overseeing the city operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strategic alliances with doctors and hospitals to drive patient referrals, leading and mentoring sales teams, developing new crowdfunding opportunities, and driving awareness and adoption of our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and manage strategic alliances with doctors and hospitals\
  • Lead and mentor sales teams in their respective cities/regions, focusing on target achievement, field effectiveness, and professional development\
  • Identify patient needs and develop new crowdfunding opportunities by introducing EMI-based financing solutions at partner hospitals\
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our platform by enabling hospitals and patients to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options\
  • Set revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis\
  • Provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions\
  • Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders\
  • Take full ownership of the city-level P&L, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and services\
  • Contribute to the development of business plans, strategies, and initiatives that align with company objectives\
  • Engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and working closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences\
  • Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure ongoing growth and development\\

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment\
  • Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement\
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region\
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders\
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously\
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and strategies\\
