Grade/Designation: Director/Senior Manager

Job Goal

To ensure the smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment, and to maintain a high level of production quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Train and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires occasional travel to other locations. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
