We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill a key role in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of ARMP solutions in a project management approach, utilizing technical expertise to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage transformation steps of projects, including initial demand collection, books of requirements, request for proposal, blueprint, realization, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, and project committees.
  • Contribute to the strategy of the PM domain, participate in the 5-year plan, and assess that the transformations handled are in phase with the current strategy.
  • Manage a part of the run and maintain activity, contributing to incidents management and progressive maintenance management in the domain.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of SAP PM module customizing and ABAP skills.
  • Business process knowledge of plant maintenance activity, managing corrective, preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to train others and have a synthesis spirit, autonomy, and business process modeling skills.
  • Ability and experience in managing small teams in project mode.
Requirements
  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience/knowledge of general industry or steel market/products/production process is an advantage.
  • SAP Solution Manager knowledge.
  • ITIL certification.
