Logistics Professional

Job Overview:

As a Logistics Professional, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing dry bulk vessel schedules, loadings, and discharges. You will work closely with ship owners, charterers, agents, and port authorities to ensure smooth vessel turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor dry bulk vessel schedules, loadings, and discharges.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, surveyors, and clearing agents regarding cargo handling.
  • Track vessel positions and update stakeholders on voyage progress.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, LOI, cargo manifests, certificates, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Shipping, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in shipping | Cargo Chartering in dry bulk segment.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, chartering terms, Incoterms, and trade practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to shipping ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
