**Job Overview:**

  • Operate and monitor machinery used in nutraceutical manufacturing, adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Our team requires an experienced Machinery Automation Specialist to join our crew. This role involves operating and maintaining complex machinery systems used in nutraceutical manufacturing.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring smooth operation of machinery through regular monitoring and maintenance activities.
  2. Collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
  3. Conducting quality control checks to guarantee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  4. Documenting machine performance data and reporting any issues or anomalies to the team lead.
  5. Promoting a safe working environment by upholding strict adherence to safety protocols.

We seek a candidate with extensive experience in machinery automation, ideally within the nutraceutical industry. Your expertise should include hands-on knowledge of blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines, alongside familiarity with food technology processes (mixing, drying). Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines is essential.
