Job Opportunity: AVP Control Assurance
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in Controls Assurance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective design and operation of internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of overall experience in Controls Assurance/Testing with knowledge of one or more principal risks such as Data Governance, Data Lineage, Data Quality, Records Management, People Risk, Supplier Risk, Premises, GRS etc.
- Applying data analytics techniques to drive business insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across a global team.
- Experience in consolidating and processing information from multiple sources to create meaningful reports for stakeholders.
Apart from these technical requirements, we also value relevant professional certifications (CA, CIA, CS, MBA) or equivalent experience in process re-engineering (LEAN / DMAIC / Value Mapping). Additionally, experience working within the financial services industry and in risk, control, audit, or governance functions is beneficial.
