Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all compliance is complete in the opening and closing of new branches, managing vendors, and coordinating regional office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all compliance is complete in the opening and closing of new branches
- Manage vendors, including maintaining proper filing of agreements and bills, and receiving payments
- Coordinate regional office operations, including cleanliness, coding, and maintenance of fixed assets, computers, printers, and cartage
- Resolve administrative problems by preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- Manage courier services and CUG management, including maintaining CUG sheets and updating monthly deduction sheets
- Coordinate stationery and travel arrangements, including meeting stationery requirements, preparing and renewing lease deeds, and arranging meetings and trainings
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks are essential.
