Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Rojgar Mitra. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Human Resources executives, assist with day-to-day operations, and coordinate various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives, including preparing reports, updating employee records, and processing documentation.
  • HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, including coordinating meetings, training, and surveys.
  • Candidate Communication: Coordinate communication with candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Payroll Preparation: Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, including absences, bonus, leaves, and other personnel activities.
  • Complaint Handling: Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures, ensuring a fair and timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
