Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevator Traffic Analysis: Conduct thorough traffic analysis using software to ensure design requirements are met for various options.
  • Traffic Analysis Presentations: Prepare engaging presentations for clients highlighting the results of elevator traffic analysis.
  • Clients Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Design Review Meetings: Participate in design review meetings and workshops to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Traffic Analysis Summary: Provide a detailed summary of elevator traffic analysis for stakeholder approval.
  • Civil Dimension Matrix: Prepare a Civil Dimension matrix for all finalized lift configurations ensuring dimensions meet at least four designated vendors.
  • Design Brief Report: Prepare and present a Design Brief Report to the client outlining the project scope and objectives.
  • e-Comply/Excel Specifications: Use e-Comply/Excel to prepare specifications based on approved DBR.
  • Tender Drawing Submission: Coordinate with the Drafting team for tender drawing submission after checking for conformity.
  • Vendor Discussions: Support the client during vendor discussions and work closely with the e-Comply/Specification management team with vendor technical ratings.
  • GAD Approval: Coordinate with the drafting team, client, and vendor for GAD approval.
  • Performance Data: Maintain regularly updated performance data to track project progress.
  • Audits: Cooperate during internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Project Stage Completion: Ensure all project stage completion documents are submitted before proceeding to the next stage.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil).
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of field experience in the Elevator industry.

Key Skills:

  • Lifts and Escalator Installation: Proficient in lifts and escalator installation and/or commissioning and/or maintenance.
  • VHT GA Drawings: Proficient in reading VHT GA drawings.
  • Elevator Solutions: Excellent technical understanding of Elevator, Escalator and Advanced People Flow solutions that meet customer expectations is considered a plus.
  • Software Skills: AutoCAD 2017 or higher, Microsoft 365 (MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We Are Looking For:

An experienced engineer with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in mechanical/electrical/electronics/civil engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the elevator industry. Proficiency in lifts and escalator installation, VHT GA drawings, and software skills like AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 are essential. Strong soft skills including attention to detail, teamwork, and analytical thinking are also highly valued.
