About Insights & Advisory (IA)

Our IA team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations across diverse industries.

  • Strategic Development: Develop comprehensive strategies to drive production growth in the mining sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on mining areas, including exploration, geology, mine development & design, extraction & beneficiation, refining.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable practices.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to track progress, providing regular updates.
  • Thought Leadership and Business Development: Contribute to methodologies, tools, and intellectual property related to mining sector trends and innovations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree with preference for Mining fields; MBAs preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the mining industry and overall experience of minimum 8 years in research and consulting.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
