The role of Senior Technical Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal part in advancing our user-centric approach to technical support. This individual will be responsible for resolving requests, utilizing gained insights to provide product UI/UX enhancements and minimize future request volumes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming an expert in designated fields such as wireless technologies, routing & switching, security & VPNs, security cameras, VoIP phones, and door access systems is essential.
  • As the primary point of contact, this specialist will meet with each user, developing a personalized action plan that resolves their issue and provides a broader context of its origin and impact.
  • Obtaining all necessary background information and properly qualifying the nature of each support interaction is crucial.
  • Prioritizing requests based on severity and brand liability is vital.
  • Responding to users efficiently and insightfully reinforces our team's mission to deliver exceptional support.
  • Performing hands-on testing with provided equipment to identify potential UX dead-ends, reproduce known ones, and propose areas of improvement is essential.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest client products and features, particularly those receiving significant attention and feedback, is crucial.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with client products is preferred but not required.
  • Good judgment and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Flexibility to work nights and/or weekends is required.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment is necessary.
  • The ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users is crucial.
