Job Title: Track Alignment Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled track alignment specialist to join our team. As a track alignment specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing horizontal and vertical track center line alignments.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops points and crossings based on operation concepts.
  • Creates and implements standard working procedures to ensure work execution as per Statements of Design (SOD).
  • Analyzes built components with tolerances and suggests solutions to avoid infringement during mass construction while maintaining quality standards.
  • Plans and coordinates day-to-day activities involved in rail track design and infrastructure development projects.
  • Has extensive knowledge of various design methodologies in elevated sections.
  • Reviews and prepares design calculations for cant, cant deficiency, cant excess, speed, rate of change of cant, and transition.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum total experience of 10 years, with 5 years of relevant experience in track alignment of metro projects.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
  • Problem-solving ability, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
