We are seeking a skilled Treasury Specialist to manage cash flows, FX exposures, and investments. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and corporate treasury experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liquidity Management:
    • Forecast and manage daily cash flows across geographies.
    • Support automation initiatives such as host-to-host payments.
  • Foreign Exchange & Risk Management:
    • Monitor FX exposures and execute hedging strategies.
    • Prepare exposure reports and MTM valuations.
    • Collaborate with banks on FX negotiations and derivative instruments.
  • Investments & Fund Management:
    • Evaluate investment options (FDs, money markets, bonds) and recommend accordingly.
    • Ensure risk-return trade-offs and compliance with investment policies.
    • Track portfolio performance, P&L, and maintain investment registers.
  • Banking & Compliance:
    • Liaise with domestic and international banks for treasury operations.
    • Negotiate banking terms to reduce borrowing costs.
    • Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal treasury policies.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare MIS, dashboards, and treasury reports for leadership.
    • Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements.
    • Collaborate with accounting and audit teams for accuracy and compliance.

MBA in Finance is preferred along with 5+ years of relevant corporate treasury experience. Experience limited to banking roles will not be considered.
