Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Financial Lease Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial lease accounting records.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining proper accounting and documentation of all lease activity in accordance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls. This includes analyzing legal documents to determine lease classification, reviewing lease classification testing, and collaborating with senior staff on a regular basis.

You will also be responsible for completing month-end close processes, including subledger work in CoStar, general ledger entries, and internal and external financial reporting deliverables.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with ad-hoc projects and technical research to help analyze or support company decisions.
