Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Transformation Leader to spearhead our Business Intelligence & Analytics initiatives. As a key member of our Data Science & Analytics department, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making and innovation across our organization.

This leadership position demands exceptional technical expertise, strong people management skills, and the ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment. You will be responsible for assembling data, building reports and dashboards, and providing input on innovative solutions for our business partners.

  • Demonstrate expertise in managing cross-functional teams to deliver on business requirements.
  • Promote high-level technical excellence and drive innovation through creative problem-solving.
  • IDentify, develop, and deploy new technological solutions for reporting, process transformation, and building analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects according to established timelines and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with Research Business Managers, Global Research Analysts, Sales, Tech Partners, and Planning & Analysis teams from various regions.
  • Contribute to strategic and technical decision-making, leading major technical projects.
  • Cultivate capacity planning, allocate work effectively, and ensure resiliency through fungibility and backups.

Required Qualifications and Capabilities

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a combination of business + technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, B.E., or equivalent required.
  • Strong Python programming skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud technology and willingness to learn AI/ML capabilities.
  • Prior experience in reporting, data analysis, and development, with the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Ability to procure source data from multiple locations, integrate it, and provide usable information for reporting or analysis.
  • Advanced project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
