Purpose Of the Role.

  1. Business Transformation Initiative:

  2. Your role as the Business Transformation Manager at Bandhan AMC will be instrumental in driving the business growth,

excellence, and achievement of strategic Initiatives.

  • The Business transformation vertical will play a crucial role in driving change and growth within Bandhan AMC
  • Implementing transformation initiatives, you will have a direct impact on optimizing business objectives, enhancing

operational efficiency, and positioning Bandhan AMC for continued success.

  1. Analysis: Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions. Ensure accurate and timely

financial details / analysis datapoints are presented to the senior management with insights to support business decisions ensuring alignment with the company goals and objectives.

  1. Compliance & Risk Management: Collaborate with Business to develop initiatives in line with Compliance & Risk management framework, ensuring adherence to the policy.

  2. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, tech, risk, Finance and Operations etc. to drive business outcomes. As part of the team collaborate with relevant business stakeholders which would enable you to drive critical projects and ensuring its continued success.

  3. Reporting: Timely and accurate reporting on the progress and outcomes of the transformation initiatives. Positive feedback

from stakeholders regarding the impact and effectiveness of transformation initiatives

Key Activities

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop transformation plans to drive organizational change
  • Adoption of new best practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
  • Execution of change management strategies to support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives
  • Monitor and measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders obstacles that may impede the success of transformation initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging best practices in business transformation
  • Proficiency in making project presentations
  • Stakeholder management
  • Analyse current business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
  • Meet stringent timelines and disciplined approach to execution of critical projects

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Educational Qualifications - MBA/CFA/CA or equivalent from a reputed institution
  • Domain Knowledge - Change management methodologies, and project

management. Proven track record of executing /implementing business transformation initiatives

  • Prior Experience - Relevant experience of 2-3 years in business transformation
