We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Database Developer.

Job Description:

The Database Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance database solutions. This includes creating efficient database schemas that ensure optimal performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop databases using advanced technologies.
  • Migrate databases from MySQL to MariaDB and vice-versa, leveraging expertise in InnoDB Cluster and Master-Slave replication configurations.
  • Troubleshoot complex database issues, including performance problems and logical backups (mysqldump/mysqlpump).
  • Collaborate with the team to develop high-performance database functionalities, resolving MySQL performance issues and ensuring all database programs meet organizational and performance requirements.
  • Work closely with clients and project teams to understand their database needs, providing solutions and troubleshooting issues in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with MySQL Enterprise Versions, including upgrades and patches.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL Enterprise Monitor (MEM), Oracle Enterprise Monitor (OEM), and open source HA tools like keepalived/tungstun.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with foreign clients.
  • Good understanding of data management, including permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring.
