Job Description

This position requires an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to work on-site, 5 days a week. Immediate start is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high availability solutions using RAC, Data Guard, and ASM. They will also configure and manage standby databases for disaster recovery readiness.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle 12c/19c database administration and knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting tools such as AWR, ASH, and ADDM.

They will also be responsible for implementing data encryption, access control policies, and managing database auditing and compliance reporting.

In addition, the successful candidate will develop shell scripts, PL/SQL scripts, and Ansible/Terraform playbooks to automate recurring DBA tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA in mission-critical environments
  • Strong expertise in Oracle 12c/19c database administration
  • Knowledge of RAC, Data Guard, ASM, OEM, RMAN, Data Pump, SQL & PL/SQL development, performance tuning, Linux/Unix administration, and shell scripting
