Job Title: SQL Server Database Professional

Join us as a skilled SQL Server database professional to play a key role in the development and maintenance of our SQL Server databases. This is an excellent opportunity for you to utilize your expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL development, performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.

  • Develop and maintain SQL Server database objects, such as tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Optimize T-SQL queries, indexes, and execution plans to achieve high-performance results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ETL pipelines using SSIS or equivalent tools.
  • Implement and monitor database security, backup, recovery, and high availability solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure database upgrades, migrations, and integrations between SQL Server and Oracle environments are seamless.

Requirements:

  • 6–7 years of total IT experience with 5–6 years in SQL Server database development.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022).
  • Hands-on experience with T-SQL development, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views.
  • Proven skills in performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, packages, functions).
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS or equivalent ETL tools.
  • Strong knowledge of backup/recovery strategies, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Experience with database version control and CI/CD deployment practices.
