This role is responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance databases, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system efficiency. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with our technology team to design, implement, and monitor database solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize database systems for maximum performance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop performance goals and long-term operational plans.
  • Participate in daily operations to support business objectives.
  • Monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
  • Perform technical troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate, and correct data and database issues.

Qualifications:

  • Required – 4 years of MySQL management experience.
  • Required – Experience in MySQL configuring HA and clustering solutions.
  • Required – Large scale MySQL deployments.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity.
