We are a dynamic team seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join us in scaling ambitious brands from zero to multi-crore levels.
Rapid growth journeys require strategic planning and execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ad execution, collaborating with the founding team, and maintaining a client-first approach.
- Take ownership of campaign management, ensuring timely resolution of client account issues.
- Prepare strategies and lead the execution of paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular reporting and weekly reviews.
- Manage multiple brands simultaneously, consistently delivering results and exceeding expectations.
This role is ideal for a driven individual with 2-4 years of experience in strategizing and executing paid ads campaigns. Prior experience in client communication and strong analytical skills are essential.
Prioritize building relationships with clients, communicating complex data insights, and driving creative testing.
Compensation: ₹7 - 10 LPA (for high-performing individuals)
