We are seeking a Business Finance professional to partner with our business and functional teams, enabling data-driven decision-making and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Analyze revenue, contribution margin, and cost trends; identify key variances and drive corrective actions.
  • Build financial models and perform scenario planning to support investment decisions and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops) to evaluate initiatives and assess financial viability.
  • Provide commercial insights on pricing, partner mix, incentives, and resource planning to improve margins.
  • Influence decision-making by balancing business ambition with financial discipline and data-driven recommendations.
  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly business reviews, dashboards, and actionable commentary on key financial metrics.
  • Highlight trends, opportunities, and risks, helping stakeholders stay aligned on goals and performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with finance, tax, and compliance teams to support accurate reporting, accruals / provisions.
  • Lead automation of financial workflows, improve planning/reporting turnaround time, and enhance data accuracy.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as cost optimization, pricing frameworks, and new business launches
Qualifications:
  • CA with 2-3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance roles.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel/BI skills (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work across cross-functional teams.
