Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of apparel categories and drive business growth across seasons.

As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for managing the category end-to-end, balancing fashion, analytics, and strategy. You will own profitability at the category level, plan pricing, discounts, and margins aligned with growth targets, identify growth levers, and monitor revenue performance.

You will also be responsible for inventory planning and control, ensuring healthy inventory levels to reduce stock-outs and dead stock. You will forecast demand based on data, seasonality, and trends, ensure timely replenishments, and partner with sourcing and production.

In addition, you will be responsible for assortment strategy and sales planning, building collections that align with customer demand and brand identity. You will plan product mix across price points, characters, and collections, track SKU-level performance to boost conversions and sell-through, and collaborate with design, marketing, and e-commerce.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Category Management, Buying, or Merchandising (fashion/D2C preferred)
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • A sharp eye for product, pricing, and consumer trends in apparel
  • Ability to manage fast-paced timelines and multiple stakeholders
  • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, etc.) is a big plus
