Chief Payroll Integration Specialist

As a Payroll Consultant, you will provide integration expertise for Fusion HCM payroll solutions. You will work closely with the functional team to assess technical feasibility, define technical design documents, and develop code packages.
- Integration of Fusion HCM payroll solutions with ADP or other platforms
- Assessment of technical feasibility against business requirements
- Definition of technical design documents
- Development of code packages and migration to different environments
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3-12 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in fusion HCM payroll solutions and ADP/other integrations
- Strong understanding of technical feasibility assessments and technical design documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of HSDL-based spreadsheet loaders
- Use of OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity
- Technical skills knowledge in payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup
- Understanding of payroll tables, payrun results, and writing fast formulas for calculations, validations, and element configurations
