Job Title: Senior Technical Superintendent.

As a key member of our maritime team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical and operational performance of multiple merchant vessels. This is an exceptional opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall technical performance of multiple vessels, ensuring compliance with international marine regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair plans to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate shipboard teams to achieve high-performance targets and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

 

Requirements:

  • A qualified Marine Engineer degree or a degree in business with related discipline as an added advantage.
  • At least three years of experience as a Technical Superintendent or similar role.
  • Excellent technical and managerial skills to link organizational resources to excellent service delivery and operational results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
