About the RoleThis position is responsible for developing and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
The successful candidate will have experience working with CRM systems and be able to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps
- Analyze business needs and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems
- Maintain and improve existing CRM systems to ensure optimal performance
- 6+ years of experience working as a Senior Customer Relationship Management Developer
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
