Regional IT Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our regional IT demand operations, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with local vendors and central IT teams, as well as overseeing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

This is a key role that requires strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills. If you have 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations, we'd love to connect with you.

About the Role

  • Act as liaison between local business stakeholders and central IT teams
  • Ensure standardization of local IT services under corporate control
  • Oversee procurement processes, including PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, and vendor payments
  • Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance records for regional services

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and ITIL-based service management
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services and vendor contracts
  • Good understanding of local compliance requirements for IT contracts and services
  • Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP MM/FICO or equivalent) for procurement and finance workflows
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience in multinational or regional IT operations
