Release Manager and DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Release Management and DevOps initiatives.

  • Release Planning and Scheduling

Develop, implement, and maintain release calendars and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment. Ensure timely and quality delivery of releases with minimal disruption.

  • Change Request (CR) Governance

Create, track, and manage CRs through their lifecycle. Collaborate with business and technical teams to assess impact and risk. Ensure compliance with internal governance and external audit requirements.

Foster collaboration between development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams. Facilitate release readiness meetings and post-release reviews. Resolve conflicts and dependencies across teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • DevOps Automation and Optimization

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc. Monitor and optimize deployment processes for scalability and reliability. Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Release Management and DevOps
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile processes
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in scripting languages
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with version control systems and ticketing tools
