**Job Title:** Software Release Manager

Our team seeks a strategic and hands-on Release Manager to oversee the release journey of our AI product on Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple teams, automate pipelines, and ensure seamless deployment of new features and models.

This role combines release management discipline with cloud engineering expertise. As a Release Manager, you will bring clarity during fast-paced AI deployments while building systems that prevent issues before they occur.

The responsibilities include orchestrating the end-to-end release lifecycle, coordinating with Engineering, QA, MLOps, and Product teams, leading CAB reviews and release readiness checks, building and managing automation-first release pipelines on Google Cloud, troubleshooting cloud environment or configuration issues, developing observability dashboards, and driving a culture of clarity in chaos.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven release management experience, strong Google Cloud expertise, hands-on skills in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python automation, experience with CI/CD tools, familiarity with AI/ML product release cycles, and strong leadership, communication, and cross-team coordination skills.
