Job Overview

As a seasoned Quality Assurance and Release Management professional, you will be responsible for driving the quality and timely release of our products. This role involves defining comprehensive testing procedures, implementing test automation, and certifying readiness for release to production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement thorough testing procedures.
  • Choose and implement test automation tools and strategies.
  • Certify and approve software readiness for production releases.
  • Ensure all Jira work items include agreed-upon definitions of done (DoD) to ensure proper test coverage.
  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with the Atlassian Cloud platform.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
