Job Title

A talented Software Quality Assurance Specialist is required to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing automated and manual test cases, creating robust test frameworks using Selenium and other tools, collaborating with developers to identify and resolve software defects, performing functional, regression, performance, and security testing, designing and implementing testing strategies based on software requirements, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles, documenting test results, defects, and improvements using bug tracking tools, and enhancing automation frameworks and improving testing processes continuously.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality.
  • Create robust test frameworks using Selenium and other tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Design and implement testing strategies based on software requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release cycles.
  • Document test results, defects, and improvements using bug tracking tools.
  • Enhance automation frameworks and improve testing processes continuously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
  • API testing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
