About the Role

  • Lead a team of DevOps engineers for build and deployment efforts, resolving issues and supporting engineering deliveries.
  • Build sustainable devops capability to adopt everchanging tooling landscape and control environment.
  • Have good build engineering background for debugging development and production environments and help team members resolve tooling issues.
  • Accountable for timely delivery of tooling for engineering deliveries.
  • Good logical and analytical abilities to drive automation tasks and lead devops teams.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Jenkins, Groovy and GCP.
  • Expert level Docker, Kubernetes, Helm charts expertise for managing API workload builds, integrations and deployments.
  • Very good understanding on Google cloud services such as GKE, MIGs, CloudSQL, MemoryStore including integration patterns with GKE workloads.
  • Good understanding on networking (Cloud and on-premise) for E2E workload build and deployments.
  • Hands on experience on automation of build, deployments, code scanning tools such as Sonar, Checkmarx, container scan, automation of tooling integration using web services via pipelines.
  • Good understanding on monitoring tools such as Datadog, AppDynamics, Grafana for tooling integrations.
  • Understanding on Terraform tooling for infrastructure build and GCP/AWS, Kubernetes Cloud Certification.
  • Hands on skills for building Jenkins scripted pipelines using groovy language.
