Job Title: Direct Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Direct Sales Specialist to join our team at Alliance Group. As a Direct Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new leads through various sales and marketing techniques, identifying business opportunities, and selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong experience in direct sales in the real estate industry.
2. Ability to generate and convert leads to sales.
3. Strong experience in sales closure.
4. Knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match clients' needs.
5. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
6. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
7. Guides the team in following the company's policy, system, software, and reports.
8. Updates all necessary information in the ERP.
9. Delivers reports to the management.
10. Is a go-getter, team leader, and target-oriented.
11. Always customer-focused with good analytical skills.
12. Is aggressive with excellent communication skills.
13. Adaptable to work on weekends and rapidly changing circumstances.
