Senior Technical Product Specialist

Overview

This position is responsible for overseeing the development and management of our company's digital hub that serves healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership and experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team.
• Backlog Management: Work closely with the development team to create and prioritize product backlog items.
• Requirements Gathering: Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented.
• User Experience: Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries.
• Technical Requirements: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements.
• Product Roadmap: Manage the product roadmap and release schedule.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience.

• Policies and Regulations: Be well-versed in all policies and pan-European regulations related to Digital technologies, Privacy, and communication.
• Kenvue Policies: Ensure Kenvue policies, procedures, and best practices are followed.
• Information Assets: Ensure Kenvue information assets are appropriately identified, valued, and protected by complying with and enforcing all local and global security policies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology/Healthcare/FMCG company.
• Technical Background: Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must.

• Digital Technologies: Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/E-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, Web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
• CMS Tools: Experience in CMS tools viz stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager are an advantage.
• Data Management: Understanding/Expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Technical Expertise: Maintains superior technical expertise in the above areas and can visualize opportunities for growth.
• Problem-Solving: Anticipates and avoids technical problems/bad designs while also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution/workarounds.
• Leadership: Recognized as a technology expert within the organization and actively seeks best trends.
• Strategic Initiatives:
• Implements and supports strategic architecture initiatives.
• Communication Tools: Effectively uses MS Teams, Asana Point, Project, Jira, Visio, Power Point, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.
• Web Analytics: Understanding of tools and strategies required for web analytics such as Google analytics.
• Project Management: Must have good project management skills managing multiple small/medium projects simultaneously.
