Job Title: Senior Costing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Costing Specialist to manage and oversee all activities related to panel costing in the automation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Siemens products, including PLCs, Drives, AC & DC Drives, CNC systems, DCS, PCS, Electrical Panels, and Instrumentation Panels.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Costing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of costing tasks and deliverables.
  • You will be responsible for managing all activities related to panel costing, ensuring accurate and timely final costing.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Siemens products, automation systems (PLC, Drives, CNC, DCS, PCS), electrical and instrumentation panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors to finalize requirements, configurations, and costs.
  2. Provide regular status reports to management regarding costing, progress, and potential issues.
  3. Develop and maintain expertise in panel costing and project costing methodologies.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  5. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Siemens automation products and systems.
  • Proficiency in panel costing and project costing.
  • Experience with PLC, Drives, DCS, PCS, and instrumentation panels.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and lead a team.
  • Ability to handle technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

6 to 7 years of experience in panel and automation product costing.
