Job Title: Subscription Renewal Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Subscription Renewal Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of impending renewals, building quotes, and closing opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all phases of subscription renewal, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Notify and assist customers with migrating to new platforms at renewal time
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities within the customer base
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and work closely with Finance to collect payments
  • Analyze data and trends to discover growth opportunities
  • Embrace automation tools, such as AI, to streamline repetitive tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with robotic automation/AI tools is highly beneficial
