Job Summary

The Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the completion of all localization projects. This involves managing the entire life-cycle of projects in a fast-paced environment, from inception to delivery.">">

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all project phases, predicting timelines and deadlines;
  • Coordinate communication with various departments involved in the project;
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project status and schedules;
  • Liaise with production centers and PMs to clarify project parameters;
  • Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors;
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with vendors and sales/production PMs globally;
  • Monitor and control project finances, including budgeting;
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation;
  • Comply with relevant procedures;
  • Perform quality checks at various stages of the process to ensure accuracy and quality.

Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in a corporate environment;
- Detail orientation with the ability to multitask;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Highly developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).">">
