This role is crucial in achieving daily targets and contributing to the company's success. Key responsibilities include making calls to prospective leads, understanding objectives of calling activities, and accurately recording responses for qualitative insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make calls to prospective leads to achieve organizational targets and meet daily call connection goals.
  2. Understand the objectives of calling activities and accurately record responses for qualitative insights.
  3. Utilize persuasive and convincing skills to convert leads.
  4. Engage with partners and customers daily from the office.
  5. Encourage partners to join the platform.
  6. Motivate customers to place orders through the platform.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Completion of 12th grade.
  • Willingness to engage in telecalling activities.
  • Familiarity with the local area.
  • Proficiency in the local language is essential.
