Project Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to oversee the completion of all localization projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and manage project timelines, ensuring seamless execution and accurate predictions.
  • Maintain effective communication with various departments via email and calls, providing timely updates on project deliverables and schedules.
  • Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors, foster relationships with global vendors and sales/production PMs.
  • Closely monitor project status, manage finances, prepare comprehensive documentation, and adhere to established procedures.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, ensure high-quality delivery, and facilitate QA feedback processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • A minimum of one year of professional experience in a similar position within a corporate environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, meeting deadlines, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Independence, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Windows).
