Human Resource Transformation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Transformation Consultant to lead our global clients through strategic HR transformations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative HR operating and service delivery models that drive business results.

With your expertise in competency-based talent management initiatives, you will help us attract, retain, and develop top talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR SaaS configurations and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR transformation projects for global clients, driving strategic change and improving business outcomes.
  • Design and implement HR operating and service delivery models that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute competency-based talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Support HR SaaS configurations and process optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA with 3+ years of experience in HR transformation.
  • Experience working with global clients, preferably in the Big 4.
  • Strong presentation and project management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors.
