Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data: Utilize statistical techniques and qualitative analysis to interpret survey results and identify areas for improvement within the organization.
- Develop interventions: Collaborate with clients to design and implement targeted interventions aimed at addressing identified issues and enhancing organizational
- effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and training: Deliver coaching, workshops, and training sessions to help leaders and employees develop key skills such as communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.
- Support talent management initiatives: Assist with talent assessment, succession planning, and performance management processes to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
- Master’s in Organizational Psychology
- Previous experience working as an organizational psychologist or consultant preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
