Drive Social Impact as a Policy Analyst

This position involves collaborating with government partners and stakeholders to develop and analyze policies that drive social impact. You'll work closely with policymakers, gathering and analyzing data, writing reports, and presenting findings to key decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and research skills, as well as effective communication and project management abilities. A Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Analyze Policies: Design and implement policies that address pressing social issues and promote positive change.
  • Collaborate with Government Partners: Work closely with government officials, community groups, and other stakeholders to advance organizational goals.
  • Analyze Data: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform policy decisions and drive results.
  • Write and Present Reports: Develop clear, concise reports that communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: Required in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform policy decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in policy analysis, public policy, or a related field.
