Organizational Change Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced organizational change management professional to lead and support the implementation of SAP solutions. This role will be responsible for conducting thorough change impact assessments, developing effective communication plans, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP functionalities and proven experience with organizational change management methodologies. They will be able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful user adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting change impact assessments to identify potential risks and readiness for SAP implementations
  • Developing and executing change management strategies aligned with project goals
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops
  • Designing and delivering training programs for end-users and stakeholders
  • Preparing communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the organization
  • Supporting project teams in the planning and execution phases
  • Monitoring and reporting on change management metrics and deliverables
  • Facilitating focus groups and feedback sessions to gauge user acceptance

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in project management principles and best practices. Experience in conducting training needs assessments and designing curricula is also highly desirable.
