As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our business. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, recording daily transactions, and preparing invoices for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances.
  • Record daily transactions, including purchases, sales, expenses, and payments, and handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensure timely collection of payments, and monitor outstanding balances.
  • Process payroll and related deductions for staff members, track attendance and overtime, and reimburse expenses.
  • Coordinate with the production team to monitor inventory levels, maintain costing records, and perform stock audits.
  • Calculate and file taxes, assist with statutory audits, and maintain compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Prepare periodic financial statements, assist management with budgeting and forecasting, and provide reports on costs, margins, and profitability.
  • Handle bank transactions, reconcile bank statements monthly, and liaise with banks for loans or financial queries.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities and be proficient in English.
