Human Resources Specialist

The role of the Human Resources Specialist is to assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees. This involves coordinating with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and fostering open communication among employees and management.

• Assist in the recruitment and selection of top talent through effective job postings, interview techniques, and thorough background checks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide support with benefits administration, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plans.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
