Accounts Executive

1 Financial Record-Keeping Maintain accurate books of accounts ledger journal entries trial balance etc Record daily transactions including purchases sales expenses and payments Handle accounts payable and receivable 2 Invoicing and Billing Prepare and issue invoices to customers Ensure timely collection of payments Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts 3 Payroll and Employee Expenses Process payroll and related deductions for factory staff and office employees Track attendance overtime and bonuses if applicable Reimburse staff expenses and maintain records 4 Inventory Costing and Valuation Coordinate with the production team to monitor raw material and finished goods inventory Maintain costing records for furniture products Perform stock audits and reconcile physical stock with book records 5 Taxation and Compliance Calculate and file GST VAT TDS and other applicable taxes Assist in statutory audits and maintain compliance with local financial regulations Maintain records for internal and external audits 6 Financial Reporting Prepare periodic financial statements P L balance sheet cash flow Assist management with budgeting and forecasting Provide reports to factory management on production costs margins and profitability 7 Banking and Payments Handle bank transactions cheques deposits withdrawals Reconcile bank statements monthly Liaise with banks for loans credit facilities or financial queries 8 Coordination and Communication Coordinate with procurement production and sales teams for accurate financial data Support internal controls and financial discipline within the factory operations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
