· Deal with any depot related staff issues as required

· Maintain asset Register

· Assisting with payroll by providing HR with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

· Maintain Muster Roll, leave management of staff and ensure replacement staff

· Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of head load and warehouse assistants.

· Coordinate meetings

· Vehicle management

· Key management of godown

· Complete warehouse operations (assigning, scheduling, and instructing employees of their daily work.)

· Schedule and support container deliveries

· Oversee storage, distribution and or disposal

· Maintain assets register of godown

· Evaluating, recommending and purchasing new equipment for warehouse

· Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, implementing changes.

· Contribute to warehouse operations by recommending strategic planning and reviewing, preparing and completing action plans; coordinating with sales team to increase sales, ensure timely dispersal of item and resolving problems

· Forecasting requirements and placing orders with purchase team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Taliparamba, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
