Key to a successful supply chain lies in adept demand planning, and production scheduling. As an APO Specialist you will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth processes across global geographies.

We are seeking an expert with extensive knowledge of SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, PP/DS, gATP) to manage support and enhancements for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support for SAP APO users.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to resolve incidents, service requests and issues within set Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between various teams including SAP Basis, Integration, and Business stakeholders.
  • Support implementation, testing and deployment of APO related changes.
  • Conduct thorough documentation of configurations specifications and support procedures.
  • Deliver comprehensive training to teams and key users.
  • Participate in APO upgrades, migrations and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in SAP APO support or implementation.
  • Expertise in at least two APO modules: DP, SNP, PP/DS, or gATP.
  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC integration with MM, PP, SD.
  • Hands-on experience with Incident, Change and Problem Management.
  • Experience with CIF integration and master data consistency.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA embedded PP/DS is highly desirable.
