We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Demand Planner. The ideal candidate will have expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Accurate Demand Forecasts: Utilize statistical models, historical data, and market insights to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Lead Forecast Review Meetings: Facilitate consensus across business functions during monthly forecast review meetings.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Align supply and demand with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers).
  • Analyze Forecast Accuracy: Identify root causes for variances and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage Supply Planning Activities: Ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Leverage ERP and Planning Tools: Create data-driven, actionable plans using SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or other planning tools.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
